I am entering my freshman year at New York University. I will be pursuing a major in Psychology and a minor in Business. I had an unweighted GPA of 3.9 in high school.
Experience
I've been tutoring for about a year now. Last year, I scored a 1540 on my SAT, with an 800 on the math section. I am an AP Scholar with Distinction. I got a 35 on the ACT English section. I also received a 1st place award for Business Communication, which tests a lot of grammar. I love being a tutor because I know the feeling of struggling and then finally understanding something after a good explanation and some practice. I love being able to help someone finally gain that understanding.
